Event 360 is thrilled to announce two new partnerships with non-profit organizations making their return to live events in 2021 and 2022.
In spring 2022, Event 360 is proud to partner with PanCAN as their signature series PurpleStride returns to a live event experience.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Event 360 as we grow PanCAN’s PurpleStride campaign and – for the first time ever – host all 59 in-person walk events on a single day,” said Lori Stevens, PanCAN’s Chief Development and Community Engagement Officer. “Serving as an extension of our incredible staff and volunteer teams across the country, the experts at Event 360 will help us execute exceptional event day experiences that will be engaging and meaningful for our communities.”
Transitioning back to a live event experience and also shifting all events to one national event date is no small endeavor for our partners at PanCAN. We’re excited to play our part behind the scenes creating site layouts, managing vendors, and building a solid operations plan including event schedules, health and safety plans, volunteer plans, and detailed event maps to ensure all PurpleStride events nationwide are a success next spring.
In addition to 59 events next spring, Event 360 is also partnering with ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital® to provide logistics for 11 events this September, with ten taking place on the same weekend. We have a team of experts working with markets across the country to support their St. Jude Walk/Run event planning and will deploy 11 separate teams to produce events from the east to west coast. With the St. Jude Walk/Run making a live comeback this fall, reengaging participants and supporting fundraisers is a top priority, so we’re happy to help take some logistics off the plates of our partners so they can focus on generating revenue and engaging their supporters with an incredible, safe live event experience.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to expand our work and support not only our longtime non-profit partners, but new organizations as well. Let’s go!
