What job did you hold right before you came to work at Event 360? I was a stay-at-home mom.

Was there anything in particular that brought you to Event 360? I originally came to Event 360 in January 2009 as a Coach for the Susan G. Komen 3-Day®. After participating in the Komen 3-Day in Chicago in 2007 and Tampa Bay in 2008, I wanted to be a part of the company that puts on such a life-altering event.

If you weren’t working at Event 360 what would you be doing? I would still be a stay-at-home mom.

Favorite part of your job? Being able to give people the answer they want and being appreciated for going the extra mile.

What do you like to do in your free time? Spend time with family, yoga, tennis.

Most memorable event experience? As a Chicago walker in 2007, being relocated in the middle of the night because of a huge thunderstorm coming in to camp.

You’re showing off your hometown to a friend who has never been to visit before. What’s on your must see/do/eat list? The hometown that I live in now, Houston, TX, would be: Chuy’s Mexican (our favorite), I’d probably take them to the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show (lasts about 3 weeks each year) because friends from up north have never seen anything like it, and something cool to do is biking or walking along the Buffalo Bayou. It reminds me of the Chicago lakefront without the actual lake.

On event, what three things are we guaranteed to find in your bag? I’ve never been on-event as Staff, but as a walker, it would be 1) Vaseline for a number of uses, 2) Advil or Tylenol and 3) Ear plugs
