What job did you hold right before you came to work at Event 360? Project Manager at ETR Associates, a non-profit providing content and resources for the Corporation for National and Community Service.
Was there anything in particular that brought you to Event 360? I wanted to move to Los Angeles and I found the Marketing Project Trafficker position listed on Craigslist in LA, even though it was a virtual position.
If you weren’t working at Event 360 what would you be doing? Something related to photography.
Favorite part of your job? Working with all the great people, variety of projects and types of things we do, always learning something new.
What do you like to do in your free time? Activities with my three nieces and other family members, photography outings and trips, go to SF Giants games, visit friends, read, watch too much TV.
Most memorable event experience? When I met a walker on the Chicago 3-Day who apologized to me for being upset in Boston where the heat was so unbearable we had to close part of the route. I had no memory of her being upset, and was so surprised she recognized me and took the time to apologize and thank me for doing my job a month later.
You’re showing off your hometown to a friend who has never been to visit before. What’s on your must see/do/eat list? I live in Alameda, an island in the San Francisco Bay, with many sites to see all around the Bay Area. Some of which would be: the Victorian houses in Alameda, the Alameda beach along the Bay with a view of SF, SF Ferry Building, Coit Tower, Sutro Baths with a Lands End hike and view of the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, any of the three Farley’s coffee houses my family owns in SF, Oakland and Emeryville.
On event, what three things are we guaranteed to find in your bag? Cordless iPhone charger, Sharpie, Thumb drive
One word to describe Event 360? Flexible
