What job did you hold right before you came to work at Event 360? Staffing Manager
Was there anything in particular that brought you to Event 360? The events that we put on (saw them on the website originally). I also wanted to belong to a company that has a strong company culture and I read reviews on how strong the culture is at Event 360. I also like the fact that everyone has a chance to go out on event.
If you weren’t working at Event 360 what would you be doing? Still working in HR (I love it).
Favorite part of your job? The people. I like being in a position where I interact with most individuals within the company at some point. Everyone has such a spirit and it’s great.
What do you like to do in your free time? Well for one, I have 2 kitties so taking care of them is important, of course. But my favorite thing to do in my free time is go to live music shows. Pretty much any type of music except country (but I would most likely still enjoy that, too). Chicago is full of amazing food so trying new restaurants, especially brunch, is the best.
Most memorable event experience? So far I’ve only been to MuckFest® MS Chicago and the Susan G. Komen Dallas/Fort Worth 3-Day. Although it was super fun actually participating in MuckFest MS, I would have to say my first experience out on the Komen 3-Day was great. It was amazing seeing the event in action (Opening Ceremony, camp site) and meeting a lot of the staff was great since this was my first time meeting most of the 3-Day team face to face.
You’re showing off your hometown to a friend who has never been to visit before. What’s on your must see/do/eat list? Brewery tours are always fun but brunch is an absolute must. I can’t give one particular place because I go somewhere new every time so it’s always a surprise!
On event, what three things are we guaranteed to find in your bag? ChapStick, my phone, baby powder (for my hair – I use it because I’m blonde).
