What job did you hold right before you came to work at Event 360? I was Director of Touring Operations at Pallotta Team Works for a bit more than a year after spending seven years producing film premieres for Disney.

Was there anything in particular that brought you to Event 360? My Dad always said that if you can find something you love to do and figure out how to make money at it, you’ve got it made…. We wanted to start a company that helped others through great events, and did it with great people and total transparency. Making some money while we did it was also high on the wish list, but being proud to tell my kids what I do for a living and how much I enjoy it were my personal drivers. It feels pretty good to do what we do.

If you weren’t working at Event 360 what would you be doing? Hmmm… good question. Producing music festivals? Growing tomatoes? Not entirely sure, but I’d need to enjoy whatever it is.

Favorite part of your job? Planning the work and working the plan. I love watching a good plan be successful. I also like figuring out how to build or do things that haven’t been done, and if they have, finding a way to do them more efficiently. All of that requires a good team.

What do you like to do in your free time? Growing veggies. Watching college football. Playing some music with pals. Cranking up the barbeque. Laughing with my wife.

Most memorable event experience? Wow. That’s a loaded question. I’m not sure if watching it snow in May during the Susan G. Komen Boston 3-Day, or watching 500,000 people show up to see the Pope, or watching a lady cry with joy after finishing a MuckFest® MS has one over the other. I’ve had so many memorable event experiences I could probably write a book. The best thing is that most of my experiences have been with awesome teams of people and made for incredible memories.

You’re showing off your hometown to a friend who has never been to visit before. What’s on your must see/do/eat list? My hometown, even though we’re close to LA, is pretty small. The must see/do/eat list is probably taking place in my back yard. It’s a great place to hang out, and a pretty great “non-LA” experience. And the food is as good as anywhere.

On event, what three things are we guaranteed to find in your bag? A Leatherman. A pencil and paper (is that one or two things?). A hat.

One word to describe Event 360? See above. I’m not good at the “one word” stuff, but here goes. Awesomeandtalentedpeople. Does that count?
