MuckFest® MS, produced by Event 360 in partnership with the National MS Society, is a nation-wide mud and obstacle 5K fun-run series. It features a one-of-kind course packed with 20+ outrageous obstacles surrounded by mud-filled pits, trenches and craters, and our unique emphasis on family fun and safety make it a stand out in the category. Since 2009, the MuckFest MS series has raised over $28 million and will have introduced 100,000 participants to the cause, building advocates and fundraisers for the National MS Society. The seamless online user experience we developed helps us register participants smoothly so they can get to what matters most: the fundraising. Event 360 began our partnership with the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation in 2016, producing their 10-event 5K series in cities across the country. The MMRF team has continued to engage their participants and grow their fundraising while our team has worked behind the scenes to overhaul the event look and feel, manage the cross-country shipping of all event elements, and provide on-event management, staffing, and social media. In 2017, Event 360 partnered with Shatterproof to launch the Rise Up Against Addiction 5K. The inaugural event in Kansas City had over 2,500 participants and raised over $400,000 in support of their important mission to end the stigma around addiction. This new series takes place in some breathtaking sites across the country and our team is behind the scenes, working to ensure each jurisdiction has a great first impression and every participant has an inspiring on-event experience. The Florida AIDS Walk & Music Festival is a 5K walk and music festival which benefits the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Since 2008, Event 360 has handled talent acquisition and management (past artists include the B52s, Flo Rida and DNCE), event strategy, production and logistics. Working seamlessly with the AIDS Healthcare Foundation’s internal team, we provide strategy creating a fun, flawless and powerful event experience designed to excite the loyal participants who continue to fundraise at a remarkable rate year over year. The Susan G. Komen 3-Day® is a 60-mile walk for men and women who want to do something huge in the fight to end breast cancer. Event 360 has been a key partner in this unique event since it began in 2003, providing event production, participant customer service and coaching support, setting up 444 event sites and helping nearly 500,000 participants in 163 events over 14 years walk 9,780 miles of route and raise more than $820 million for Susan G. Komen®. We’re Komen’s partners throughout the entire project, managing not only production, but all aspects of participant experience and cultivation. How are you supporting your participants? Since 2015, Event 360 has partnered with the Test Positive Awareness Network in our hometown to produce a two-day, 200-mile cycling event for over 200 participants to support the work of their HIV/AIDS programs. From route planning to vendor management, we manage every logistical detail and in 2015 revamped the closing celebration experience as a way to “wow” the long-time riders. Bike MS

For our partners at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Event 360 oversees the digital marketing strategy, creative design, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization for more than 20 Bike MS events. Our team works with our partners to build a strong digital outreach program to maximize their investment and convert riders at an efficient cost, and we continue to find efficiencies year over year. We also execute a comprehensive testing plan to improve digital marketing performance and continually optimize the campaign to drive the best results possible for the Bike MS series. A Veteran’s Day concert on the National Mall that was broadcast live on HBO, the Concert for Valor was a first-of-its-kind event, featuring some of the biggest names in music. Event 360 and partners handled the site management, jurisdictional relationships and vendor operations for a site designed to accommodate the anticipated 800,000 concert goers. Working within National Parks Services guidelines, the Event 360 team provided a safe and successful site for this historic event.
