This spring, Event 360 was proud to plan and execute five Walk MS events on behalf of the National MS Society. Walk MS is the largest peer-to-peer fundraising event of its kind, raising funds and uniting the multiple sclerosis community in making a difference for everyone living with MS. From Walnut Creek to Denver, we were honored to play a role in making that happen.

Here’s where these events brought us:

  • Walnut Creek: April 19
  • Carlsbad: April 25
  • San Francisco: April 26
  • Seattle: April 26
  • Denver: May 2

Across all five events, we saw firsthand what makes Walk MS so special: the passion, the commitment and the energy of a community that shows up. Events ranged in size from 300 to 3,900 participants, and on display at each one was the resilience and strength of all in attendance.

We brought resourcefulness and strategy in support of the MS Society’s vision. Our scope included site selection, route creation, vendor procurement, storage logistics, asset management and full on-site execution across all five events.

Some highlights to share from each event:

Walnut Creek

Walk MS Walnut Creek took place on April 19th at Heather Farms Park in Walnut Creek, CA, where we were blessed with the perfect Spring weather for this beautiful site. Just over 400 walkers strolled a bucolic route on scenic, tree-lined pathways.

Carlsbad

Walk MS Carlsbad took place on Saturday, April 25th near the popular Flower Fields in Carlsbad Ranch. Just over 300 participants took to the streets around the fields to show their support and bring awareness to those living with MS.

San Francisco

In the shadow of Coit Tower, Walk MS San Francisco took place on April 26th. Over 500 participants arrived at Levi’s Plaza and walked the 3.1-mile route along the Embarcadero. Those in attendance were supported by San Francisco Police on motorcycles as well as on horses!

Seattle

Walk MS Seattle took place at the historic Gas Works Park in Seattle where 1,500 participants celebrated a beautiful and rain-free day with the Seattle skyline as their backdrop. Participants honored loved ones living with MS by choosing colored circles to represent their support and walked together showing their strength to the community.

Denver

For Walk MS Denver we hosted over 3,900 walkers on a beautiful Colorado day. Walkers were welcomed by an abundance of sponsors, offered giveaways, given snacks and refueled at the coffee truck. Two bands provided entertainment as participants walked the 1-mile or 5K routes through beautiful City Park.

These events were a great addition to our spring roster. As always, we learned a lot and are well-positioned going into 2027. We can’t wait to do it all over again and to support the National MS Society in their mission to cure MS while empowering people affected by MS to live their best lives.
