We’re waving goodbye to our teenage years and officially turning the big 2-0!
A little over twenty years ago in the back lounge of a tour bus, Jeff Shuck, Michael Murphy and Tim Brockman sat down with nothing but an idea, passion, and a pinch of good luck. With years of invaluable experience between them and a rich list of contacts from their professional circles, they knew they had ample reason and bandwidth to make something special of their own. So, in November of 2002, Event 360 was born.
A lot of time has passed since that moment. What was once a small but mighty team has grown into a thriving network of driven specialists who’ve produced over 500 events, big and small. As we enter 20+ years, along with Murph and Brockman, our current staff includes tenured pros who’ve been there since day one in addition to greener folks full of fresh perspectives. In total, our alumni roster surpasses 600. But the Event 360 family doesn’t stop with just those behind the scenes. The participants, non-profits, volunteers and communities that have been with us these past two decades are also woven into the very fabric of our story. We’ve traversed countless miles in the promotion of all things good, and we know the road ahead is long. But, in honor of this milestone, we must stop and reflect on the road behind us as well.
Despite making excellence a company standard, this industry is still a challenging one. We’ve powered through unanticipated nor’easters and feet of snow, torrential downpours, a pandemic and blistering desert heats. We’ve traveled by plane, train, automobile, bicycle and maybe even a scooter or two. We’ve laughed, cried, and high-fived more than you can imagine, and through it all, people – great people – have rested at the very core of who we are. We’re so proud of everything, and everyone, it took for us to get here, and we’re overjoyed to commemorate this phenomenal anniversary.
In recognition of the occasion, Event 360 is excited to make 2023 a year full of festivity, and we hope that you’ll join us in the celebration!
